My biggest pet peeve is customer service. I went into McDonalds in Parker and the boy waiting on me was leaning on the counter slouched and said,"What do you want." I felt like saying, "I want you to stand up and ask me like you mean it."
It is sad that companies, even McDonald's are so desperate for employees that they hire lazy kids who do not care about customer service.
If you do not like people, ou should not work in an environment where you deal directly with people. Wake up Colorado!

I agree. I guess they are desperate to hire anyone that walks through the door.

    Joe's Crab Shack...
What can I say. We called ahead and arrived 5 minutes before the call ahead time and were seated at exactly the time we were supposed to. Can't beat that.
When I go out to dinner, I like a little peace and quiet, but Joe's is hopping. The wait staff dance to the loud music and the kids get up and dance along. Great place for kids.
I found it a little pricy, but overall the food was good, not great, but good.
So, if you like entertainment when you go out to dinner then go to Joe's!

I love Texas Roadhouse, but I hate how the employees are treated. I know several teenagers that work there and the stories they tell are heartbreaking. It is a shame that the Dept of Labor can't help them.
I refuse to eat or patronize any establishment that treats their employees badly.... I guess we will be going t the Outback from now on.

The SALTGRASS STEAK HOUSE in PARKER is fabulous. Everything is above standard. The food is great and the service is great. They really take their time to thoroughly train their staff whihc is nice to see for once.
You must try their deserts and if you are in a party of 3/4 or more, try the desert sampler.
    Highlky recommend this restaurant!
Located next to Joes Crab Shack.

    Jocks and Jills
Since the opening of J&J's, we have eaten there 2 times. The first time, we chalked off all the mistakes to the restaurant being new, but the second time....
All I can say is the service is poor. For example, we ordered the shrimp dinner that, according to the menu comes with fries and cole slaw. As the waitress walked away, she asked us if we wanted our french fires and we said yes, that was part of the reason we ordered the meal. When the plate was delivered... no fries. I asked where our friesd were and she said it doesn't come with fries. I said your menus states it comes with fries and cole slaw. so, with an attitude, she goes in the kitchen and comes out with a plate of fires that were half cooked and slops it on the table.
Needless to say we were very unhappy with the service and the quality of the food, so upon leaving the restaurant, my husband goes to the hostess stand and asks for a manager. The girl at the stand said no managers were avaible, but I would love to help you. So, we explain everything and she said I am sorry you had a bad experience, we are fairly new. That was it...No I will have a talk with the waitress to make sure she understand s the menu.
We will never go back there again!
I would say go there only as a last resort for dinner.
Now, for those who love sports bars, there are more than 80 tv's around the bar. (Maybe the should have spent less on tv's and more on training waitresses and cooks).
Try it at your own risk!

    Sushi lover is right on.
We went to Junz and it is now one of favorite restaurants. It is a great place to relax and enjoy excellent food.
If you are not a sushi lover, like me, you have your choice of a wide variety of great food.
If you are in Parker we would recommend stopping at Junz... although you may want to call ahead and make a reservation because they book up fast.
    Great Place!
